On 16 March, the eBPF Foundation and Centre for Networked Intelligence organized the first eBPF Day, India at the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore, with support from Cisco CSR. The free event gathered both experienced practitioners and those new to eBPF to spread awareness about eBPF technology, discuss novel use cases, and spur discussions around how the research and developer community can leverage eBPF for current as well as future use cases.
92 industry professionals and students joined the event in person, and another 100 joined virtually.

- Hands-on eBPF
Attendees were privileged to hear from distinguished speakers, who shared their extensive knowledge and experience with eBPF:

Feedback from attendees included statements such as “excellent sessions”, “very helpful”, and “very good advice from the keynote”. Attendees also suggested for a future event that there be more focused topic areas such as security, shorter duration events, and new locations such as Hyderabad.
