SUMMARY:Cloud Native eBPF Day Europe 2022
DESCRIPTION:eBPF is transforming Cloud Native. Co-located with KubeCon + CloudNativeCon\, eBPF Day is a vendor-neutral conference that explores this transformational technology and its impact on the future of Cloud Native. \nBy making the Linux kernel programmable\, eBPF has resulted in the development of a completely new generation of tooling in areas such as networking\, security\, application profiling/tracing\, and performance troubleshooting. No longer is it necessary to rely on existing kernel functionality; now\, it’s possible to actively reprogram runtime behavior without compromising execution efficiency or safety. \nVideos of all sessions are now available for free.

SUMMARY:Linux Kernel Developers' bpfconf 2022
DESCRIPTION:bpfconf is an invitation-only technical workshop run by the Linux community in order to bring BPF core developers together\, to discuss new ideas and to work out improvements to the BPF subsystem that will make their way into future mainline kernels and into the LLVM BPF backend.\nThe conference is purposely kept small with focus on discussion rather than just presentation. Along with the LPC’s BPF and Networking Track which is organized and run by the same community\, the goal is to allow developers to meet face to face twice per year to exchange and discuss ongoing developments in the BPF ecosystem. \nThe 2022 bpfconf edition is a three-days conference which is part of the LSF/MM/BPF summit. It is therefore also open to all LSF/MM/BPF attendees.

SUMMARY:Linux Plumbers Conference 2019 (eBPF Track)
DESCRIPTION:A BPF Microconference will be featured at this year’s Linux Plumbers Conference (LPC) in Lisbon\, Portugal. \nThe goal of the BPF Microconference is to bring BPF developers together to discuss and hash out unresolved issues and to move new ideas forward. The focus of this year’s event is on the core BPF infrastructure as well as its many subsystems and related user space tooling. \nThe BPF Microconference will be open to all LPC attendees. There is no additional registration required. This is also a great occasion for BPF users and developers to meet face to face and to exchange and discuss developments. \nSimilar to last year’s BPF Microconference the main focus will be on discussion rather than pure presentation style. \nTherefore\, each accepted topic will provide introductory slides with subsequent discussion as the main part for the rest of the allocated time slot. The expected time for one discussion slot is approximately 20 min. \nVideo of all sessions is available to watch for free.
